Dress your furry friends in their best costumes for a chance to win the title of Top Dog! Registration begins at 3 PM, judging starts at 5 PM, and the three winners will be announced by 6 PM! Plus, enjoy a special pop-up from East Wenatchee Dog Pack. ⁠
